Afternoon everyone,

At this unprecedented time, I just wanted to drop you all a quick note to let you know that here at Skinner’s we are still very much open for business at our Mill in Suffolk, albeit we have had to adapt (and will continue to adapt) our ways of working to make sure we take appropriate steps to keep our people, our customers and local community safe, and to continue to comply with the Government’s COVID-19 guidelines. FAQ’s

Can my dog spread the new Coronavirus?

The World Health Organization (WHO) have announced there is no evidence that companion animals or pets such as cats and dogs have been infected or could spread the virus that causes COVID-19.

However, it still remains a good idea to wash your hands with soap and water after contact with your four-legged friend.

Are Skinner’s still selling dog food?

Yes.

Can I still get my dog food?

Yes, we are still supplying our stockists and you can also purchase direct via our website.

How long will it take to receive my food?

2-3 working days. Due to the increased demand for our products we are working hard with our distribution partner to fulfil orders as quickly as possible. We thank you for your patience.

Will I still be able to buy my food from the Skinner’s Mill?

We have temporarily suspended all on-site sales of dog food to the general public. Orders can still be placed via our website.

My dog’s normal diet is sold out everywhere, what shall I do?

Please check our website – you can buy online as well as locate other stockists by using our stockist locator.

If your dog’s diet is unavailable, please contact us direct. Our expert team of nutritionists will be able to recommend an alternative. 

Can I still walk my dog?

Yes, the government advice states that, if you are social distancing, you can go for a walk if you stay two metres away from others.
